We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join us at this exciting time to help shape and deliver the service for 13 – 19 year olds in the London Borough of Richmond. You will support the Area Youth Work Lead to implement and deliver youth provision in a given area of the borough.

You will have the skills to build relationships with young people offering them support and positive activities that will enable their development. In addition, you will work with young people to develop a variety of creative and original projects and events that respond to their recreational interests and developmental needs.

We will provide appropriate training and supervision to enable you to enhance and develop your skills and abilities in youth work.

You must be a good communicator who is energetic, friendly and welcoming to all young people and open to delivering the service through a variety of methods such as outreach, detached and project based work.

We have vacancies at various locations within the borough.

Post entry training is available to employees to study for specific qualifications.
